DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to offer a Prenatal Yoga Class for all expecting mothers\, taught by certified instructor and nurse midwife\, Allison Freese-Johnson! These classes include gentle stretches\, breathing techniques\, and positions to improve your flexibility and balance\, ending in relaxation! \nAll levels of experience are welcome\, whether you’re an Astera Health patient or not. Please bring your own yoga mat\, though limited mats may be available. \nThe class will be held in the North Star Conference room at the Astera Health Main Campus (enter through the west clinic doors)\, with an online option available with registration.
