Staying physically active during pregnancy is essential. Prenatal yoga is a popular exercise method that helps keep you active, relaxed, and prepares you for labor while boosting your baby’s health.

At Astera Health, we offer free prenatal yoga classes for all expecting mothers, taught by certified instructor and nurse midwife Allison Freese-Johnson. Our classes include gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and positions to improve flexibility and balance, ending with relaxation.

All levels of experience are welcome, whether you’re an Astera Health patient or not. Please bring your own yoga mat, though limited mats may be available.
