Closure Notice
We have been evaluating the future of the wellness center and are prioritizing the many needs of our patients and communities. Due to the lack of demand and other needs to address, the center will close May 31, 2024.
The City of Bertha will take over memberships after May 31. Please contact them at 218-924-4454 for membership details.
What is the BAWC?
The Bertha Area Wellness Center is a Maslowski Health and Research Facility located adjacent to the current Astera Health – Bertha Clinic. The BAWC is open 24 hours per day, seven days a week, and is a convenient fitness option for individuals age 12 and older, and of every fitness level.
