Community Health Needs Assessment

AH completed a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the health needs in our local communities. This assessment of residents in the AH service area will help us better serve our patients and encourage them to make healthy decisions to positively impact their lives. The CHNA also responds to IRS community benefit regulatory requirements.

A printed version is available for viewing at Astera Health in the Administrative Suite during regular business hours.
