The 125,900-square-foot facility creates a more connected care experience, with modern spaces, advanced technology, and room to grow as the needs of our communities change. From the moment you arrive, the campus is designed to make care more accessible, efficient, and comfortable.

Equipped with the very latest in digital imaging and healthcare technology, and staffed with providers who know you and care, Astera Health offers peace of mind knowing quality care is available close to home.

Healthcare Today

When the hospital at the Legacy Campus was built 50 years ago, inpatient care accounted for 90 percent of our patients, and the old facility’s design reflected that care. Patients expected to stay multiple days and needed the right care and environment for their extended stay. Bringing in better technology and enhancing our practices has led to shorter hospital stays and allows many post-surgical patients to go home the same day. This shift means outpatient care is the primary focus.

We believe our patients deserve a facility and providers that are as strong as the communities we serve and that reflect the best quality of care they can receive.

In response to the changing healthcare climate, Astera Health, in conjunction with input from patients and the community, designed a bold and forward-looking vision for the new healthcare center that will serve local communities for the next 50 to 100 years.
