Referrals are made by physicians, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners from Astera, as well as providers and specialists from other systems and practices.

Inpatient Services

Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Treatment area at the hospital is located on the nursing floor and allows patients to simulate return-to-home activities prior to their discharge. This hands-on training increases safe and successful discharges and reduces hospital readmissions.
