Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are provided on both an outpatient and inpatient level. Working in full cooperation with your primary care provider, our highly trained staff will use the latest evidence-based practice to develop an individualized treatment plan that is right for you.
Referrals are made by physicians, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners from Astera, as well as providers and specialists from other systems and practices.
