Astera Health is hosting a sports physical clinic to help area student-athletes prepare for the upcoming school year. 

When: Wednesday, Aug. 7, 4 – 7 p.m.
Where: Wadena Clinic – enter through the west clinic doors
What: Check in at the welcome desk to see a provider for your physical. We recommend completing page two of the Minnesota State High School League form before arrival to expedite the appointment process.
