What You’ll Learn:

  • Stress Management: Techniques to handle stress and improve mental well-being.
  • Behavior Change Tools: Practical steps to set goals and stay motivated.

Who Can Join? You are eligible to enroll if you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Are not pregnant
  • Do not have diabetes
  • Have a BMI of 25 or greater

DATE: Fridays, starting Jan. 23, 2026, and running through April 10, 2026
TIME: 10 – 11 a.m.
LOCATION: Browne Family Board Room, Astera Health Legacy Campus
PRICE: Free – no charge to participants
