What You’ll Learn:

Who Can Join? You are eligible to enroll if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Are not pregnant
- Do not have diabetes
- Have a BMI of 25 or greater
DATE: Fridays, starting Jan. 23, 2026, and running through April 10, 2026
TIME: 10 – 11 a.m.
LOCATION: Browne Family Board Room, Astera Health Legacy Campus
PRICE: Free – no charge to participants
