These appointments introduce you to a new provider while gathering important medical information.
Every provider is a little different in the way they help patients, so this appointment allows you to really see the person behind the stethoscope. During this initial meeting, you will share important health history and determine your health goals for the future.
How to establish care?
If you’re new to the area and are trying to connect with a provider, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for an establish care visit. A scheduler may even ask to coordinate this visit during the first contact with you. There are no additional charges associated with this appointment.
