eClinic: How It Works
- Preparation: Make sure your device—like your computer, tablet, or phone—has a good internet connection.
- Intake Form: Fill out our quick online form. It should only take about 10 minutes. Have a list of your current medicines ready, and be detailed about any symptoms to help us understand your situation better.
- Submission: After you’ve filled out the form, hit the “Submit” button on your screen.
- Check-in: Click the eCheck-in button and complete the eCheck-in steps that might include insurance, payment, and possibly an eConsent form.
- Consultation: Then, one of our providers will contact you within 60 minutes. They might ask you a few more questions about how you’re feeling to determine the best treatment or whether you need medicine.
- Follow-up: After your chat, make sure you understand what your diagnosis means and any instructions given. Get ready for any prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy you choose. Sometimes, we might suggest you see a Family Medicine provider for a more detailed check-up.
