Empowering you for the best care
“I wanted to make a positive impact in the lives of women and their families. I’m a big believer in preventive health care and want to empower women to achieve a healthy lifestyle at any point in their life.” – Allison Freese-Johnson
Allison comes to us with the firm belief that care should be a collaborative effort between provider and patient. Empowering you to make good health choices is a cornerstone of her philosophy of care. When you meet with Allison, you are not just a receptacle for her knowledge but a member of a two-person team that is determined to make your birthing experience something to remember.
A little more about Allison
Allison embraces rural living and loves everything Minnesota has to offer. She believes in taking care of the body, mind, and spirit. This mentality usually takes her to the yoga mat or the scenic backroads for a run. To date, she’s participated in three marathons, with plans for many more!
Allison is also married and has a daughter. Family is essential to her, so she always looks for fun ways to combine physical fitness and family time.
