Background
Cady was born in Orlando, Florida, but grew up in the suburbs outside of the Twin Cities. She has been working in the mental health field for approximately 12 years, and as a practitioner for the past seven. She and her husband moved to Wadena County to be closer to nature. They love the area and Cady is excited to serve the communities she lives in.
What inspired you to get into medicine?
I have always had a passion for working with people. During my undergraduate studies, I began witnessing the effects mental health has on individuals, families, and our communities. I knew this was the area I belonged in. I’m very passionate about helping people.

What do you like to do in your downtime?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and pets and being outdoors in nature. I also enjoy using creativity to craft and make things. When I’m not crafting or playing with my dogs and cats, you can find me rock hunting, gardening, cooking, and playing all sorts of games.
What is one interesting, unique, or fun thing that most people do not know about you?
I love learning and researching ancient history. If I had to do anything other than be a therapist, I would go back to school for archeology.
